15-yard dumpster rental in Meridian

Subdivision driveways

Eagle Road, Ten Mile, Linder, and Locust Grove are where a lot of Meridian rentals sit. Those driveways are often wide enough, and many HOAs want the bin on the concrete instead of the curb. The published list does not add a Meridian delivery fee on top of Simple pricing.

A basketball hoop, a low eave, or a trailer on the apron is the usual conflict. Tell us about sprinkler heads and new landscaping in the placement notes. Boards go under the bin.

Remodels and builder trash

Meridian remodels and house cleanups should be wood, drywall, cabinets, flooring, and household junk. Concrete, dirt, and brick from a patio or a footing are still not allowed, including on a new build. Load by hand. The rental rules do not allow equipment in the bin, and damage from that is billed.

Swap-outs are normal once a remodel is open. Call the office to schedule one. Same-day swaps need four hours’ notice. The included-terms list on the rental page is the notice rule and the fee that follows if you miss it.

A bin on the street

Ada County Highway District controls the public right-of-way in this city, including the street, sidewalk, and shoulder, except state highways (those are the Idaho Transportation Department) and private roads. ACHD’s published fee schedule, Resolution 2321, effective January 13, 2021, lists dumpsters and storage units as a short-term encroachment at $20 per week, capped at 7 days. A longer stay uses the long-term encroachment schedule. Confirm the current fee with ACHD before you count on that figure. A bin kept entirely on private property is not what that right-of-way rule describes.
