What you can haul

The lists below are copied from the rental page on this site. Where the rental agreement is stricter, that conflict is spelled out. It is not papered over.

Where the two documents disagree

A washer, dryer, fridge, or dishwasher is $25 each. TVs and monitors are not allowed. The maximum load is 7,000 lbs on the rental page and in the agreement. Included weight is 2,000 lbs, then $0.03 per pound. Call (208) 913-9431 if the load is near that cap.

Paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, concrete, dirt, and bricks are refused on the rental page. The agreement adds liquids, oils, solvents, propane tanks, ashes, and sewage. When a garage cleanout includes those, they stay out of the bin even if there is room.

Loading

Load by hand, level with the rim. Do not move the bin yourself and do not load it with equipment. The agreement says damage from that can include the cost of replacing the container.

What can go in

In the bin

  • Household junk

Furniture, mattresses, and a garage or basement cleanout.

  • Appliances

A washer, dryer, or dishwasher is $25 each. Refrigerators and TVs stay out.

  • Construction debris

Wood, drywall, cabinets, and other job-site junk.

  • Yard waste

Branches, shrubs, and fence boards. Soil stays out.

Leave these out

  • No dirt, concrete or brick

Too heavy for this 15-yard. A dirt or flatwork job needs a different plan.

  • No batteries, paint, or chemicals

They contaminate the load and the landfill refuses them.

  • No tires

Landfills will not take them in a mixed load — tire shops recycle them.

  • No TVs or refrigerators

Screens and refrigerant units need special disposal and cannot ride in the bin.

  • No hazardous waste

When in doubt about a material, call before you load it.
